Key Responsibilities:

Project Performance & Analytics:

- Evaluate planned vs. actual construction milestones and assess the impact on planned vs. actual collections.

- Provide regular project health performance dashboards highlighting delays, risks, and actionable insights.

- Identify and recommend areas for performance improvement across project, sales, and finance functions.

- Track and report key project KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Financial & Collection Planning:

- Prepare and monitor the monthly collection plan, ensuring alignment with construction progress and customer payment schedules.

- Analyze collection variances and work with project and CRM teams to address gaps.

- Prepare and maintain the annual CRM plan and quarterly collection plans, integrating input from project, sales, and finance teams.

- Support cash flow forecasting and collection-related analysis to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
Reporting & Data Visualization:

- Develop and automate business performance dashboards using Power BI, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

- Lead the transition of existing manual reporting (Excel-based) to Power BI-based analytics.

- Maintain and improve data integrity across systems and reports.

- Support management with high-quality PowerPoint presentations for monthly reviews, business updates, and strategic meetings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Coordinate with Project, Finance, Sales, and CRM teams to consolidate and validate performance data.

- Support management decision-making by providing actionable insights and forward-looking analysis.

- Participate in the annual business planning process by consolidating key project performance and financial inputs.
Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), including pivot tables, macros, and dashboard creation.

- Hands-on experience in Power BI (report creation, data modeling, DAX, and visualization).

- Excellent PowerPoint presentation and communication skills.

- Strong understanding of real estate project lifecycles, collections, and CRM processes.

- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.

- Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics.

- 4-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, or Project Performance roles, preferably within the Real Estate or Infrastructure sector.

- Exposure to construction milestone tracking, collection planning, and CRM operations is highly desirable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Accuracy and timeliness of monthly and quarterly collection plans.

- Quality and effectiveness of project performance analysis.

- Improvement in dashboard automation and reporting turnaround time.

- Insightfulness of business presentations and reports.

- Adherence to annual CRM and project tracking objectives.
