Key responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding- Blue-Collar and White-Collar employees.
• Knowledge in Audits like Sedex, ISO 9001-2015, FSSC, BRCGS.
• Training & Development- Competency Mapping and Skill Matrix and training calendar and training record.
• End to end Attendance and Payroll Including compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF and TDS.
• Wellbeing Activities- Celebrations Festivals, Birthdays and National and international days.
• General HR Operations- Various local, regional and global project implementation.
• 
  Administration- Security, Canteen, House-keeping and company pick drop facility.
• Workforce Management- Agency employee Recruitment and selection and retention.
• HRMS management - HRMS application updating for all employees.
• Compliance- Compliance for licenses for HR department.
  

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

• Must have go getter attitude.
• In office job- No Hybrid- No remote working-Sunday off-Flexible office timing.
• Minimum Graduate in any discipline with decent communication skill.
• Must work as HR-generalist with minimum experiance of 7+ years in manufacturing and system driven company.
