Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Electrical /Plumbing/ HVAC/Fire Fighting Project execution and material procurement at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost.
• Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques And ensure the time line as per schedule.
• Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings.
• Responsible for Plumbing Installation and material at the site and ensure completion of plumbing installation as per the specified quality & timeline.

• Plumbing activities to ensure that the Installation are in par with the approved drawings.
• Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
• Checking of Plumbing Materials, and Ensure Installation Quality and standard of work.
• Reading of Plumbing Drawings
• Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
• Checking of HVAC/FPS Materials, and Ensure Installation Quality and standard of work.
• Knowledge of HVAC/FPS Drawings

• Experience with Contracting Companies and High rise Commercial projects is desirable.
