Senior HR Manager

Job Position - Senior HR ManagerCompany Name - AJ SteelLocation - Abu Dhabi, UAESalary: Competitive (based on experience)Seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager with strong Gulf experience and expert knowledge of UAE Labour Law to lead and manage our HR function in Abu Dhabi.Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Lead end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition, including workforce planning and onboarding
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Design, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development plans
- Manage compensation & benefits structure, payroll processes, and salary benchmarking
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational culture initiatives
- Lead learning & development programs, training needs analysis, and succession planning
- Monitor and maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting systems
- Handle visa processing, labor contracts, employee documentation, and government-related HR compliance (if applicable)
- Support leadership with HR analytics, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making
- Ensure smooth handling of offboarding, exit interviews, and final settlements as per UAE Labour Law
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace environmentRequirements
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience with Gulf/UAE exposure
- Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law and HR practices
- Proven experience in a Senior HR / HR Manager role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
