Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls toagriculture dealers, distributors, and retail consumersto promote and sell our products.
  
• Understand customer requirements and provide product information clearly and convincingly.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong follow-through with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain and update daily call logs and sales records.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for effective lead conversion.
• Collect feedback from customers and report market trends or competitor activity to the management.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Bsc agriculture preferred or any degree.

• Experience:
• Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience inTelecalling or BPO.
• Candidates withagriculture background or knowledge of agri-productswill be given preference.
• Good communication is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge for updating call records.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with agriculture products or rural consumer behavior.
• Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
