Creative Content & Video Lead (Content Design Event Coverage)

Role Objective:

We are building a strong in-house content engine for a fast-growing FMCG brand. This role offers hands-on exposure to brand shoots, event coverage, digital campaigns, and direct founder interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-engagement Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Design social media posts, banners, festive creatives and product visuals
• Shoot mobile-based event footage (outlet openings, brand events)
• Deliver same-day event reel edits (within 24 hours)
• Maintain brand consistency (colors, typography, templates)
• Create business creatives – catalog pages, flyers, presentations
• Organize creative assets in structured folders
• Coordinate with operations and PR teams for announcements and launches

Must Have:

• Strong reel editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut preferred)
• Canva + Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator working knowledge
• Fast execution mindset
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good design aesthetics and clean layout sense

Preferred:

• FMCG / Retail / D2C brand experience
• Basic photography and mobile videography sense

Performance Expectation:

• 20–25 quality creatives/reels per month
• Same-day event content turnaround
• Strong visual consistency across platforms
