Job Description
- As an intern in this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads and following up with inquiries to convert leads into admissions. Your main focus will be on understanding the needs of the leads and aligning them with suitable programs to increase admissions.
It is vital that you maintain excellent communication with prospects throughout the enrollment process to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all parties involved. This includes addressing any queries or concerns they may have in a professional and timely manner.
Additionally, you will be expected to keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. It is essential to update the system regularly and ensure that all relevant details are documented correctly.
