Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers.
Assign and distribute leads fairly and strategically.
Monitor daily activities, attendance, professionalism, and performance.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and team briefings.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Enforce company policies, dress code, and professional conduct standards.
Sales Performance & Targets
Ensure team members meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Track KPIs, conversion ratios, and client follow-ups.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Implement performance improvement plans when required.
Identify top performers and recommend rewards, promotions, or recognition.
Client Relationship Management
Oversee high-value and VIP client relationships.
Ensure excellent client experience from first contact to after-sales service.
Resolve escalated client issues professionally and efficiently.
Maintain long-term client retention and referral strategies.
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate closely with HR, Marketing, and Management.
Ensure accurate CRM usage and data updates by the team.
Monitor lead quality and feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.
Participate in developer briefings, roadshows, events, and site visits.
Brand Representation
Maintain a luxury appearance and high professional standards at all times.
Ensure the team represents the company's premium image.
Act as a role model in ethics, attitude, and client handling.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 24 years experience in Dubai real estate sales.
Proven experience in team leadership or senior sales role.
Strong knowledge of Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or other languages is a plus).
Strong CRM, reporting, and organizational skills.
