Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue and business growth targets. - Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic account development to achieve growth objectives.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues and providing tailored solutions.
