Investment Banking Associate - Equity Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our Equity Capital Markets team, supporting senior bankers on a range of transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements.

What you will do: You will conduct financial modeling, industry research, and due diligence, preparing presentations and materials for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Prepare marketing materials and client presentations.
• Support deal execution, including due diligence, documentation, and closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• 
  Interact with clients and other professionals in a professional and collaborative manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 0-1 year of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
