Investment Banking Associate - M&A Diligence

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our M&A team, conducting financial due diligence on target companies for potential acquisitions.

What you will do: You will analyze financial statements, build financial models, and conduct industry research to support transaction execution.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting financial due diligence on target companies.
• Developing and maintaining financial models.
• Performing industry and competitive analysis.

  Preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
• Assisting in the negotiation and execution of transactions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
