Investment Banking Associate - Technology

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our Technology Investment Banking team, working closely with senior bankers to advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions.

What you will do: You will conduct financial modeling, industry research, and valuation analyses to support transaction execution.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation
• Industry research and competitive analysis
• Preparing pitch books and presentations for clients
• 
  Assisting in deal execution, including due diligence and negotiation
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 0-1 years of experience in investment banking or a related field
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
