Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
End-to-end implementation of Einstein Predictive Analytics Models (Custom + OOTB)
Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, business processes, SDLC & project lifecycle
Hands-on with Model Recipes, model training, deployment & maintenance
Expertise in SAQL, SOQL, Recipe Builder, CRMA Dashboards
Experience integrating 3rd-party data with Salesforce
Ability to work closely with stakeholders & guide development teams
Strong command of project tools like Jira
Team leadership, task delegation & technical guidance
Required Certification:
CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant
Preferred: Salesforce Administrator
