Job Description
- Accounting Setup: Assist in setting up and maintaining accounting records for India and the US, including accurate data entry and documentation.
- MIS Creation: Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for investors, summarizing financial performance and key metrics.
- Financial Projections: Support the creation of financial projections and assist in tracking actual performance against projections.
- Upcoming Investment Prep: Facilitate the provision of the necessary information to the fund under requirements. Collaborate on due diligence (DD) processes and coordinate information gathering.
- Product Financial Analysis: Perform a comprehensive financial analysis of company products, including a detailed assessment of costs, pricing, and profitability.
- International Financial Norms: Research and summarize financial norms and regulations for various target countries, including UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, etc.
- Tax and Reporting: Assist in creating tax and other financial reporting materials for target countries to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment of financial reporting.
