Job description: Plant Finance
Location: Krishnagiri, Hosur
You Will
To manage end-to-end financial control and compliance for the manufacturing plant, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate reporting, and strong financial governance to support operational decision-making.
To Be Successful, You Will Be Expected To
Plant Accounting & Control

• 
  Manage day-to-day plant finance and accounting activities
• Ensure accurate booking of production, consumption, and expenses
• Monitor plant-level P&L and cost center performance
• Maintain strong internal controls at the plant
  

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

• Prepare annual plant budgets and rolling forecasts
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS for production and management
• Analyze deviations in material usage, labor efficiency, and overheads
• Support plant leadership with actionable financial insights
  

Compliance, Audit & Governance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory and company policies
• Handle plant-related audits (internal, statutory, cost audit)
• Maintain proper documentation and SOP adherence
• Support month-end and year-end closures
  

You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing / factory accounts
• Hands-on experience in variance analysis
• ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Tally / manufacturing ERP)
• Advanced Excel & MIS reporting skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  

Qualification & Experience

• Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
• Experience: 5- 10years
