Job Title:Inside Sales Specialist- (B2C Sales)

Experience: 0.6 Months - 4 YEARS (in SALES)

CTC : 4 LPA-7.3 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle inbound and outbound calls in a voice process .

*Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities.

*Maintain and grow customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

*Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to sales conversion.

Key Requirements:

*Experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services.

*Exposure to international voice process is a must.

*Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

*Other people with 1+ years sales experience with international experience can apply.
