We are looking for a Junior Machine Learning Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our machine learning solutions, ensuring our clients can effectively use our platform to its full potential.
Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in Machine Learning Algorithms (Mandatory skill)

• Expertise in Python Programming (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in providing Technical Support (Mandatory skill)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Solid customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Assist clients in training and deploying machine learning models
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to machine learning algorithms and Python programming
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance platform features based on client feedback
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical support processes
• Monitor and ensure the performance and accuracy of deployed machine learning models
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing issues
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and support skills
