Job Description
- As a Butler at Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital, your role involves providing exceptional services to VIP patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Being the single point of contact for all services required by VIP patients and their relatives, ensuring their comfortable stay through effective service delivery and coordination with other hospital departments.
- Coordinating with hospital services for room preparedness, service alignment, and pantry setup before VIP patients arrive, as well as pre-placing VIP amenities.
- Introducing yourself to the patient and family upon arrival, familiarizing them with the room, offering assistance in packing/unpacking, and confirming their preferences.
- Assisting VIP patients across the hospital for appointments, billing, and scheduling services, including food and beverage coordination with the dietician and kitchen for personalized meal service.

- Ensuring room facilities are maintained to top standards in coordination with housekeeping, engineering, and maintenance, while upholding VIP patients" privacy and coordinating with security for safety.
Your qualifications for this role include proficiency in butler services, food and beverage operations, hotel management, hospitality management, guest service management, food service, and excellent communication skills.
