Essential Job Functions

• Work with senior stakeholders to understand requirements for both ad-hoc requests as well as analytics projects, and identify if it can be delivered within the existing capabilities
• Define data requirements for the analysis to be done
• Data exploration as needed to define the problem to be solved
• Support FP&A team with ad-hoc analysis as needed during time sensitive projects
• Work to translate the business requirements to data science/data engineering colleagues and interface back to communicate how any designed solution hits the brief
• Act as a solution validation/ QC for output delivered by the data science team
• Act as business intelligence analyst for any dashboards that may need to built
• Work on excel, powerBI and SQL as needed to do data exploration
  
• Interface with tactical teams to obtain data from disparate sources
• Keep abreast with macro and micro economic factors that may impact business performance
• Identify opportunities to build sustainable analytical solutions (Dashboards/automation/ possible use of advanced analysis or AI) within the finance domain
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
  

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
• Experience in FPA or Finance Analytics preferred
• Experience working with global organizations either as part of the finance function or analytics team

• Conversant with finance terminology, understand finance functions of FP&A, accounting etc. and has worked with stakeholders in problems with data
• Strong with written and oral communication since the role will involve working with US based stakeholders to understand the requirements and propose solutions
• Advanced excel, and an interest in data science/statistics
• Self-starter and look for out of the box options to solve both ad-hoc requirements as well as systemic challenges
• Comfortable in working with data science and engineering colleagues within the team and translate domain knowledge/context to solution requirements

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
?1.00 - ?1.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
