HRBP - Junior Project Management Office (CEO Desk)

Job Position: HRBP - Project Management Officer - PMO (CEO Desk)

Responsibilities:

1) Working with the CEO of the organization

2) Shadowing CEOs activities of the organization

3) Manage CEOs calendars and set up the meetings

4) Scheduling meetings with Internal Teams and External Stake Holders.

5) Take minutes during meetings and circulating the MOM with the Teams.

6) Oversee the entire operations activities of the organisation and doing regular follow-ups with the team.

7) Collecting Data metrics from the Internal Stake Holders.

8) Aligning with the overall objective of the organization

Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the CEO to develop and implement the companys strategic vision and long-term goals.

Project Management: Oversee and lead key strategic initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the CEO, executive team, and other key stakeholders.

Information Management: Gather and synthesize critical information from across the organization to inform the CEOs decision-making.

Problem-Solving: Identify and address operational and strategic challenges proactively, presenting solutions and recommendations.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the CEO and the company.

Work Location -Coimbatore

Salary (Fresher):

During Internship Period - Rs.1,80,000 CTC.

After Internship Period - Rs.3,60,000 CTC

Qualifications:

• Looking for young and driven person with 0 to 3 years experience, with good academic background (or something else that stands out to compensate for a lack of it).
• Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
