LEAD - INSTITUTIONAL RISK & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Prepare Credit Assessment Memos (CAMS) for proposed facilities with NBFCs or other institutions related to Strategic Alliances.
• Review CAMS for accuracy and correctness.
• Recommend limits, covenants, and safeguards aligned with SK Finances risk appetite.
• Monitor and periodically review Strategic Alliance partnerships for financial health and exposure.
  
• Report covenant breaches and coordinate corrective actions with the Relationship Team.
• Track NBFC sector performance and RBI guidelines to ensure calibrated risk management.
• Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Strategic Alliances

Candidate Profile -

• Required Experience - 6-8years
• Strong experience in credit assessment and risk analysis
• Knowledge of NBFC sector and regulatory framework (RBI, SEBI, Co. Law etc.)
• Multilingual English, Hindi and any other language
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
