About the Role

Finance teams waste thousands of hours on work that shouldn't require a human. We're fixing that.

You'll support US-based finance teams running ERP systems and you'll do it using AI tools that are changing how support works. This isn't traditional support. You'll use AI daily to solve problems faster than anyone thought possible.

This is a role that's quickly becoming critical as finance teams adopt AI. You can get in now.

Key Responsibilities

• Support US clients on their ERP and finance/supply chain processes
• Troubleshoot issues — calmly, methodically, thoroughly
• Use AI tools daily — not as an experiment, but as how you work
• Support month-end, year-end, and critical business processes
• Document issues clearly so the team learns from every ticket
• Know when to dig deeper and when to escalate

Who You Are

• B.Com, M.Com, or Finance/Supply Chain degree (pursuing Masters on weekends? That works)
• Strong understanding of business processes — how finance or supply chain actually runs
• Excellent English communication — you'll talk directly to US clients
• Hungry to learn, comfortable figuring things out
• Comfortable working permanent night shift
• Genuinely curious about AI and want to build a career at that intersection

Good to Have

Finance Track:

• Hands-on experience with reconciliations (bank, vendor, intercompany)
• Understanding of AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets
• Month-end / year-end close experience

SCM Track:

• Understanding of procurement, inventory, warehouse operations

  Get Hired
  Order-to-cash or procure-to-pay process knowledge

Either Track:

• 0-2 years in ERP or business systems
• Prior support or help desk experience
• BPO/KPO experience with US clients
• Any ERP certifications
