We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital lead-generation campaigns for real estate projects. This role focuses on executing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive qualified leads.

• Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage location-based targeting and buyer-intent campaigns.
• Track and optimize CPL, ROAS, and campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
• Monitor daily performance and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
• Track conversions and coordinate with sales teams for feedback.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 13+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and lead-tracking workflows.
• Real estate or lead-generation experience is an advantage.
