Investment Banking Analyst - Debt Restructuring

What role you will play in team: You'll assist senior bankers in advising clients on debt restructuring strategies and solutions.

What you will do: Analyze financial distress situations, create restructuring plans, and negotiate with creditors.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze financial statements and assess the financial health of distressed companies.
• Develop and evaluate various debt restructuring options.
• Prepare restructuring plans, including financial projections and cash flow analysis.
• 
  Negotiate with creditors and stakeholders to reach mutually agreeable solutions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and debt restructuring concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
