Junior Investment Associate - Real Estate

What role you will play in team: You will assist senior associates in evaluating and managing real estate investment opportunities. This includes financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence.

What you will do: Conduct market research, analyze financial data and prepare investment recommendations for real estate projects.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct market research and analysis on potential real estate investments.
• Develop financial models and valuations for real estate projects.
• Support the due diligence process for potential investments.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
• 
  Monitor the performance of existing real estate investments.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with real estate investment principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Experience with real estate databases is a plus.
