Senior Associate - Investment Banking

What role you will play in team: Lead financial modeling efforts, mentor junior team members, and interact directly with clients.

What you will do: Manage deal execution, develop financial models and advise clients on strategic transactions.

Key responsibility:

• Lead the financial modeling and valuation efforts for M&A transactions
• Manage the due diligence process, including coordinating with external advisors
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients
• Manage client relationships and communications
  
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Contribute to business development activities

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputable institution
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel
• Strong understanding of M&A processes and transactions
