Job Description
- Acquire new Current and Savings Account (CASA) customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
- Meet monthly CASA acquisition and deposit targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Cross-sell products such as Fixed Deposits (FD), insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, and loans.
- Handle KYC verification, account opening documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and activation of accounts.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales service.
- Coordinate with branch operations for account processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Conduct customer meetings and business development activities in the branch catchment area.
- Retain existing customers and increase account balances through regular follow-ups.
