Job Description
– Customer Support Executive (NBFC Sector)
We are hiring for the profile of Customer Support Executive for a leading NBFC. Candidates with good communication skills and customer handling experience are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide resolution through calls, emails, and chats
- Assist customers regarding loan services, EMI details, payments, and account-related queries
- Maintain proper follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction
- Update customer information and maintain records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
- Provide professional and quality customer service at all times
- Achieve daily productivity and service targets
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Experience in customer support, banking, BPO, or NBFC sector will be preferred
- Ability to manage customers professionally and patiently
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Preferred experience: 6 months to 3 years
