Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day insurance operations and policy-related processes.
- Process policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.
- Verify customer and policy details for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and insurance partners for timely processing.
- Maintain and update policy records and MIS reports.
- Resolve customer queries related to policy status, documentation, and servicing.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks as per TAT.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations or related BFSI processes preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
