Key Relationship Manager (KRM) – Life Insurance
Channel: Bancassurance
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive life insurance sales through the banks bancassurance channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch teams and customers.
- Generate leads through branch referrals and customer interactions.
- Explain life insurance products, benefits, eligibility, and policy terms to customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with bank staff to maximize business opportunities and conversions.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth policy issuance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and branch teams.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and support post-sales activities.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in banking sales or insurance sales can be considered.
- Good communication, relationship-building, and convincing skills.
- Strong target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work with bank branches and travel locally as required.
