Senior Business Analyst

Education and Experience:

- MBA Finance+

- Grad in Tech / MBA IT+ Grad Finance with 5+ experience as a Business analyst

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to effectively present information to stakeholders.

Key Skills: Data Analysis & visualization, Product backlog management, scrum & agile methodologies, communication skills, US capital market.

Financial knowledge: Requires knowledge of financial terms, Ratio analysis, financial statements, revenue and cost drivers of a company. Understanding the capital market would be an added benefit.

Key responsibilities and Skills required:

- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

- Preparing Business requirement document (BRD)/ Functional Specification document (FSD) SPEC

- Participation in HLD/macro-level design and LLD/micro-level design and Prototyping.

- Proficient in GAP analysis

- Hands on experience in writing Epics, Feature and User stories.

- Understand, design and document financial product requirement

- Reporting to client and management on software/ application status and updates Periodic testing applications & review the possibilities of enhancements

- Coordination with software development and testing team.

- Basic knowledge of SQL

- Any understanding of Datawarehouse, BI tools and prototyping is a plus.
