- Conduct outbound calls to introduce Passion Farms and its products
- Follow up with leads who have previously shown interest
- Understand the potential clients business and requirements
- Ask qualifying questions to determine fit
- Identify decision-makers within organizations
- Schedule qualified meetings for the onshore sales team
- Ensure all meeting details and context are properly documented in the CRM
- Update lead status and interaction notes
- Track call outcomes and appointment bookings
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to warm leads
- Re-engage inactive prospects
- 13 years experience in outbound sales, tele-calling, or lead generation
- Experience with B2B appointment setting preferred
- Strong phone communication skills
- Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls
- Ability to qualify prospects quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Calling tools / dialers
- Email outreach platforms
- Google Meet / Zoom scheduling
