About the Role :

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our clients Statutory Audit team focusing on Indian listed companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to statutory audits of listed entities, enhancing technical expertise and understanding of regulatory requirements specific to listed companies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct statutory audits for Indian listed companies.
• Review financial statements for compliance with Indian accounting standards and SEBI regulations.
• Assist in planning and executing audits focused on listed entities.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in audit standards and regulatory requirements.

  Get Hired
  Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-3 years of statutory audit experience.
• Mandatory exposure to audits of Indian listed companies.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI regulations.
