Job Description
- As a skincare and cosmetics consultant, your primary responsibility will be to consult and advise customers on skincare and cosmetics products. You will be expected to maintain an extensive knowledge of the products in order to make appropriate recommendations based on individual customer needs. Your goal will be to drive sales and meet sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and product expertise.
In addition to providing product recommendations, you will also be responsible for demonstrating makeup applications and providing tutorials to customers who are interested in learning new techniques. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be essential, along with managing customer feedback in a professional and constructive manner.
You will also play a key role in managing inventory and product displays to ensure that all products are well-organized and visually appealing to customers. Engaging in promotional events and product launches will be part of your responsibilities to create excitement around new products and drive sales.
