Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Pune. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing staff relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and executing strategies to enhance workplace culture. The HR Manager will also handle performance management processes, provide guidance to team leaders, and support organizational development initiatives.

• Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee retention strategies
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HR policies, along with compliance with labor laws

• 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment
