Job Description
- The Territory Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager role at Skylark Group - Dhaar Pashu Aahar (Animal Feed) is based in Western UP and Uttarakhand. As a key member of the Sales and Marketing department, your primary objective is to oversee the sales and distribution of Dhaar Pashu Aahar products in the assigned territory. This pivotal position requires you to establish and nurture solid partnerships with distributors, retailers, and farmers to amplify market penetration and sustain sales growth.
Your responsibilities will encompass the following areas:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Devise and implement sales strategies to meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals within the designated region.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market prospects, promote product offerings, and enhance sales effectiveness.
Distributor Management:
- Recruit and oversee distributors operating in the specified area.
- Ensure prompt availability and adequate inventory levels of products at distributor sites.
- Regularly evaluate distributor performance and offer assistance to boost sales figures.
Market Expansion:
- Scout and cultivate new retail channels for Dhaar Pashu Aahar.

- Spearhead promotional activities, product demonstrations, and farmer engagements to augment product visibility and foster brand allegiance.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate enduring relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors.
- Attend to customer inquiries and issues concerning product usage and advantages.
This is a full-time position with day shift hours, requiring your physical presence at the workplace in person.,
