Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce professional to lead and scale the online business across D2C and marketplace channels, with end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, profitability, and Ecommerce P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall Ecommerce P&L across the D2C website and marketplaces.
• Drive online revenue growth, profitability, and business performance.
• Manage marketplace channels, including Amazon and Flipkart, alongside the D2C business.
• Develop pricing strategies and maintain pricing consistency across channels.
• Oversee inventory planning, allocation, and product availability.
• Optimize digital merchandising, product visibility, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to drive growth.
• Monitor key business metrics, including Conversion Rate, AOV, Contribution Margin, and profitability.

Candidate Requirements:

• 7 - 12 years of experience in Ecommerce or Digital Business.
• Proven experience managing both D2C and marketplace channels.
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce P&L, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Experience in pricing, inventory management, digital merchandising, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to scale online business and improve overall business performance.
