Role Overview:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will serve as the strategic architect of our human capital engine, driving the end-to-end talent lifecycle for our Delhi NCR operations. You will partner directly with the C-suite and business unit leaders to translate ambitious growth roadmaps into actionable hiring strategies. Your day-to-day involves overseeing high-impact recruitment cycles, refining our employer brand, and fostering a culture of excellence that attracts top-tier industry talent. By optimizing our acquisition frameworks and leveraging data-driven insights, you will directly influence the organization's competitive edge, ensuring we scale with high-caliber professionals who align with our long-term vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational growth objectives to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning, ensuring the business remains agile in a fast-paced market.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Enhance the employer value proposition by implementing innovative branding initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice among industry leaders.
• Optimize recruitment processes and leverage advanced analytics to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality-of-hire metrics across all departments.
• Manage strategic partnerships with external agencies and executive search firms to secure niche talent for critical leadership roles.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling talent acquisition functions within high-growth environments, with a proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex organizational dynamics with ease.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting recruitment data to drive strategic decision-making and process improvements.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities, essential for building long-term relationships with candidates and internal business partners.
• A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
• High degree of adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to lead distributed teams effectively across the Delhi NCR region.

Experience:

• 11 -15 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant tenure in leadership roles.
