Senior Director - HR Operations - IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support business scaling, ensuring that talent acquisition and development pipelines are robust enough to meet aggressive growth targets.
• Lead and optimize HR operations by implementing scalable systems and data-driven processes that enhance efficiency and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to drive organizational change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions during periods of restructuring or rapid expansion.
• Cultivate a high-performance work environment by overseeing performance management frameworks and leadership development programs that empower managers to build stronger, more effective teams.
• Manage complex employee relations and compliance matters with high emotional intelligence, protecting the company reputation while fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale HR functions, with a proven ability to translate complex business challenges into effective, people-centric solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate cross-functional dynamics in a fast-paced, on-site Mumbai corporate environment.
• Strong analytical acumen, utilizing HR metrics and workforce analytics to drive decision-making and demonstrate the tangible impact of HR initiatives on the bottom line.
• Advanced proficiency in organizational design and change management, backed by a track record of successfully leading teams through significant cultural or structural shifts.
• A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 19 - 25 years of progressive experience in managing end-to-end HR operations for large, multi-faceted organizations.
• Superior communication and negotiation abilities, essential for managing high-stakes internal relationships and representing the organization values at the leadership level.
• Global HR Operations experience is mandatory.
