Lead Quality Assurance Analyst - Automation Testing

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead QA Analyst to define and lead quality assurance strategies that align with organizational goals. This role ensures delivery excellence through strategic test planning, automation, and continuous testing across multiple projects. The position demands a balance of leadership and individual contribution, with strong hands-on experience in automation frameworks-preferably Playwright.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy across programs
• Establish and monitor key quality KPIs

• Align QA objectives with delivery timelines and business priorities
• Champion test automation and continuous testing frameworks
• Drive test process standardization and best practices across teams
• Ensure alignment with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts across multiple projects
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with development, product, and DevOps teams
• Support upskilling initiatives and ensure adoption of modern QA tools and practices

Get Hired

• 8-10 years of QA experience with at least 2-3 years in a QA leadership capacity (added advantage).
• Strong experience in both manual and automation testing and hands-on experience with Playwright or similar automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• Familiarity with tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms to assess system performance and monitor reliability.
• Awareness of accessibility testing and compliance standards such as WCAG and ADA.
• Experience in defining, tracking, and reporting QA metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage, pass/fail rates, etc.) to assess software quality and team performance.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum with QA leadership experience in iterative product delivery cycles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive a quality-focused culture.
