Technical Services Manager - SGD

Are You an Experienced Technical Services Manager Seeking Your Next Challenge in a Fast-Growing, Entrepreneurial Environment
Were seeking a Technical Services Manager to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, youll lead the Technical Project Coordinators and support the base maintenance coordination - ensuring all planned work is prepared with the right resources. Youll also act as the main link between customers, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant project delivery.
Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate the Technical Project Coordinator team to ensure timely delivery of base maintenance projects.
• Support Maintenance Managers with work scope and regulatory compliance.
• Develop efficient production planning and work ordering systems.
• Manage customer relations and validate work orders within Skyways capabilities.
• With the Technical Project Coordinator team:
• Plan manpower, tools, materials, and oversee accurate work documentation.
• Deliver complete work packages and monitor project progress with Dock Chiefs.
• Ensure timely completion, certification, and documentation of maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate outsourced work and handle audit corrective actions.
• Oversee staff competence assessments with the Training Manager.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelors degree in aviation, engineering, or a related technical field
• Solid knowledge of EASA Part-145 or equivalent regulations
• Proven leadership or coordination experience in a technical environment
• Strong communication skills, both internally and with external stakeholders
• Experience with maintenance planning systems (e.g., Pentagon, AMOS, TRAX)
• High IT proficiency, including MS Office
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Good commercial understanding of maintenance workflows
  

Working Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Part-145 environment in a similar MRO role
• Proven track record in leading or coordinating base maintenance or technical services teams
• Hands-on experience in production planning, work pack preparation, and maintenance coordination
• Direct interaction with customers, OEMs, and regulatory authorities
• Experience managing outsourced maintenance and subcontractors
