Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager/Content Creator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms to promote luxury properties, off-plan projects, and brand campaigns. The Social Media Manager/Content Creator will create and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos, aligned with the brand's tone and visual identity. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring analytics, and responding to comments and messages to build community. The role also collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation, capture property highlights, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Strong Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan campaigns, craft compelling captions, and produce high-quality digital content.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with basic photo/video editing tools, social media analytics, and content scheduling platforms.
• Previous experience in real estate, luxury brands, or lifestyle marketing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (such as Hindi, Arabic, Russian, or Chinese) are a plus.
