QMS- Sr. Engineer/ Asst.Manager/ Deputy Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Establish, implement & maintain the QMS across the organization.
• Conducting internal quality audits (QMS audits) according to standards such as IATF 16949 & ISO 9001:2015.
• Preparing audit schedules, conducting internal audits, preparing audit reports, writing nonconformity reports and initiating necessary corrective actions.
• Representing management during certification and surveillance audits. Preparing and revising QMS documents, namely Quality manual, System procedure, Standard operating procedure, Work Instructions and Records.
• Preparing Management review meeting as per schedules and conducting Management meetings according to the applicable international standards.
• Responsible for organizing meetings with cross-functional teams to identify management system objectives and targets.
• Interpretation of customer specific requirements and aligning with internal system.
• 
  Preparing the documents based on Head Quarters requirements and Handling experience of QSB modules of General Motors requirements.
• Coordinating and Implementation of Hyundai, Kia 5 Star Audit requirements.
• Monitoring the Scorecard for all the customer Monthly basis.
• Conducting the CAPA audits for customer complaints.
• Knowledge in PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, and documentation.
• Maintain KPIs for process quality, product quality, and customer PPM.
• Ensure calibration of measuring instruments.
• Conducting the Layer process audit and submit the audit summary and review with top management weekly basis
• Reviewing the FMEA & Put control the process (No of poke yoke) reduces the RPN.
• Monitoring the cost of poor-Quality daily basis

• Knowledge required preparing yearly Expenditure plan, Investment plan and strategy plan.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experienced in reputed auto components or automobile industries
• Sound Knowledge in Quality management system
• Good Presentation skills
• Candidates who have individual handling of Quality Management highly preferred.
• Preferred Immediate joiners
