Supplier Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct supplier process audits and approve new vendors for lightings and electrification components (mechanical & electricals child parts)
• Hands of experience required Korean T2 suppliers understanding and implementing the SQ mark check sheet requirements in supplier end.
• Ensuring the incoming quality through inspection standards, sampling plan and defect analysis
• Required knowledge for GD & T and able to read the mechanical and Electrical drawings.
• Drive supplier corrective actions (8D, CAPA, Poka yoke implementation)
• Validate the Supplier ISIR and validate the new parts as per first article inspection.
• Knowledge the required preparing the inspection standard for supplier outsourcing parts
• Monitoring the supplier performance through PPM, delivery and quality trend analysis.
  
• Work closely with sourcing, development and manufacturing teams to enhance supplier capability.
• Implement the cost of poor-quality reduction programs at supplier end.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly rejection review summary monitoring and communication to suppliers.
• Hands-on experience in multiple measuring instruments like Variable Gauge and Attribute Gauges.
• Provide technical support for complex incoming quality issues.
• Validate supplier disposition for nonconforming material.
• Raise NCRs & handle segregation of nonconforming material.
• Maintain inspection reports and traceability.
• To Ensure the Suppliers Quality management system.
• Knowledge in PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, and documentation.

  Get Hired
  Maintain KPIs for supplier quality, product quality, and supplier PPM.
• Reviewing the FMEA & Put control the process (No of poke yoke) reduces the RPN.
• Monitoring the cost of poor-Quality daily basis.
• Having Knowledge in Injection molding process/ Products.
