The HR Management Intern role at Smart Clicks is an internship position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews), and helping with onboarding documentation. Responsibilities also include assisting in drafting HR communications, coordinating training or workshops, and supporting performance and attendance tracking. The intern will collaborate with managers to organize HR-related events and contribute to process documentation and basic HR reporting. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to HR operations in a growing digital content organization.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity when handling confidential employee information.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work environment based in Lucknow.
• Ongoing or completed coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
• Interest in working within a creative, digital content-focused company and willingness to learn HR best practices.
