About the role

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working with numbers and structured data? Are you excited by analysing real estate portfolios? Do you like finding patterns, organizing information, and building clear summaries? If you are eager to learn about real estate investment and contribute to a growing fintech company, this role is for you. We are looking for a Property Analyst to support property evaluation, onboarding, and performance tracking. You will work with the investment and operations teams to ensure our property onboarding, data and financial models are accurate. You will also help prepare investor materials and internal reports. This role suits a recent graduate who enjoys the property sector, working with numbers, building reports, and improving data accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll do

• Support daily property evaluation by collecting and checking property data.
• Build and update simple financial models and summaries.
• Gather data from internal systems and public sources and reconcile differences.
• Verify properties are suitable for investment.
• Assist in preparing investment materials and internal review notes.
• Track market activity and maintain a record of recent transactions.
• Update portfolio information and help with performance reports.

  Keep clear records of assumptions, sources, and version changes.
• Provide progress updates and raise issues when needed.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, statistics, or a related field.
• Understanding of valuation methods & metrics such as price per square foot, net yield, and cap rate.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, conditional formulas, and charts.
• Good understanding of Dubai’s residential real estate market.
• Consistent, careful, and accurate work with an unmatched attention to details.
• Clear written communication and the ability to present numbers in a simple way.
• Reliable and organized, with strong follow-through on tasks.

Nice to have:

• Preferable to have a full UAE driving license.
• Basic SQL for data cleaning and validation.
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau.

Success metrics

• Analyses and reports are accurate and ready for review with minimal changes.
• Tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• All assumptions, sources, and versions are recorded and kept current.
• Updates are clear, brief, and relevant.
• Work is completed with care and ownership.
