Job Description
- As a Python AI/ML Developer at Mohali, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms to address real-world challenges. Your role will involve working with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis. You will be tasked with building and optimizing machine learning pipelines using Python-based frameworks, as well as deploying ML models into production and monitoring their performance. Collaboration with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to comprehend requirements will be crucial. Moreover, you are expected to research and apply state-of-the-art ML/AI techniques for continuous enhancements and document processes, workflows, and model performance.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Matplotlib/Seaborn. A good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms like regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods is essential. Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques is required, along with knowledge of Deep Learning fundamentals such as Neural Networks, CNN, RNN, with a preference for Transformers. Familiarity with SQL for handling structured/unstructured data and exposure to API development using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django for ML model deployment are also expected. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills will be valuable assets in this role.
