Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment through platforms like Internshala and LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
• Support onboarding, documentation, and orientation processes
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Employee Experience & Engagement
• Support initiatives to build a positive and inclusive work culture
• Assist in employee communication, feedback collection, and engagement activities
• Coordinate internal meetings and team-building initiatives
• HR Operations & Administration

Get Hired
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Assist with leave tracking and basic payroll coordination
• Support compliance with internal HR policies and procedures
• Strategic & Founder Support
• Provide administrative assistance to the Founders Office
• Help prepare reports, trackers, and basic HR dashboards (Excel/Sheets)
