About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive who is passionate about hiring the right talent. This role is purely focused on recruitment activities, making it ideal for freshers or trainees who want to build a strong career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, Linkmen, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment MIS
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Follow up with candidates and stakeholders for timely closures
• Support in on-boarding coordination after selection

Skills & Competencies:

• Graduate / MBA (HR) or pursuing HR studies
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers/trainees can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment life cycle
• Comfortable with calling candidates and follow-ups
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment-youre not from an automation background, we value your market understanding and professional network.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: B.com,BBA/MBA, MHRM.
• Experience: Fresher or Trainee or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
