Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: This includes creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.
- Incident Management: Address workplace accidents or incidents, ensuring proper reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions are taken.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- HR Related Work: This includes PF, ESIC, Exit Interviews and other related work.
